I received a very unique reply from one of my emails that caught me off guard...

I won’t name names because I don’t know if he’d want me to…

So I won’t.

But I will tell his story. And dang is it brilliant.

He recounts his story of being diagnosed with congestive heart failure…

And trying his best to keep his chronic-stress levels under control.

All while “attempting” to learn the art of meditation (albeit poorly he admits)

He goes on…

To reveal that he hikes 2-miles, every-single-morning with his dog…

Rain or shine.

Lifts 15lb dumbbells for 3 sets of 25 reps every-other-day…

AND he just renewed his drivers license!

At 77 years old.

He’s been a type II diabetic for 25+ years.
