Returns

• Refund and Return Policy Passion 4 Life will replace or refund the cost of the unused product less actual shipping paid by the company to ship to you plus a handling fee ($10.00 Per Bottle) if notified within 30 (thirty days) of the invoice date of the product. Products purchased outside of the thirty days cannot be refunded or exchanged if returned. Please check your invoice date before returning the product to avoid disappointment. All returns must be shipped at customer expense to this address:

• ALL subscription cancellations and returns must be submitted in writing and sent to the info@passion4lifevitamins.com email a minimum of 24 hours before next shipping date. Passion 4 Life will not regard messages on our voicemail as an official cancellation request.  It MUST be done in writing.

• Please make sure your shipping address is a secure location where packages cannot be taken by strangers.  Work with your mail delivery person to find a secure location on your property for them to leave your packages, as once the U.S. Post Office shows your package as “delivered”, unfortunately, Passion 4 Life can no longer be responsible for product stolen from your property.

• Passion 4 Life is not responsible for over purchase of our product and retains the right to charge restocking and shipping fees if necessary to return the unopened and undamaged product to our distribution center. * Orders can take 2-3 business days to process.  Please note our logistics center is closed on weekends and public holidays.

• All returns & refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
