Shipping Policy

  • We strive to offer same day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. If you order Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
  • If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is a secure location where packages cannot be taken by strangers.  Work with your mail delivery person to find a secure location on your property for them to leave your packages, as once the U.S. Post Office shows your package as “delivered”, unfortunately, Passion 4 Health can no longer be responsible for product stolen from your property.
  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
